How do I logout?
I logged in as a user with no rights, and so now all I see is the 'No website is available or you have not sufficient rights' message. However, there's no logout link on the page. I can't figure out how to logout... Is there a way to do it other than removing cookies?

Unfortunatly: no.
In your case, logging out would not help : you have to create a site (in _admin) and affect your existing user to it.
/cms and /cms/_admin are two different workspaces with two authentications.
The user you have loggin with, is only for /cms.
You can return to the url _admin and you will still be logged with "admin"
